Return Period You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, worn socks or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
